SCG board approves major construction contracts, vehicle loan agreement

SCG Construction Group Joint Stock Company (SCG) announced on October 9, 2025, that its board of directors passed a resolution approving two significant construction contracts with S.Manpower and a vehicle loan agreement with Unicloud Technology Joint Stock Company. The construction contracts involve S.Manpower undertaking the provision of materials, labor, and machinery for two distinct projects.

The first construction contract with S.Manpower is valued at VND 121,528,355,778 (including VAT) and covers rough construction and external finishing of residential low-rise houses in the Nam Thang Long urban area. The second contract, valued at VND 126,155,120,887 (including VAT), tasks S.Manpower with constructing 169 low-rise units within the Nhip Song Moi – Sunshine Grand Capital urban area. The resolution notes related parties involved, including mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung, a deputy general director of SCG and also an owner/chairman/general director/legal representative of S.Manpower.

Additionally, SCG's board approved a vehicle loan agreement with Unicloud Technology Joint Stock Company for operational use. Unicloud, a subsidiary of Sunshine Group, will loan a FORD vehicle to SCG. mr. Do Van Truong, chairman of SCG's board, is also a related party through his management representation of Sunshine Group's shares in Unicloud. The general director of SCG is authorized to organize and implement these agreements.
