Tasco fulfills tax obligations after department inspection

Tasco Joint Stock Company (Tasco) has received Decision No. 3169/QĐ-CT from the Tax Department, dated October 2, 2025, detailing the findings of a tax obligation inspection. The company stated it has fulfilled all tax obligations as outlined in the decision.

The decision includes a monetary penalty of VND 1,795,886,585 for administrative tax violations, comprising VND 1,773,393,252 for incorrect declarations leading to underpaid tax (20% of the additional tax collected), and VND 22,493,333 for not filing tax declarations. Additionally, Tasco is required to remit VND 8,889,459,592 for underpaid taxes and VND 1,722,219,406 for late payment interest.

The underpaid taxes include VAT of VND 2,242,833,616, corporate income tax of VND 6,608,184,623 and VND 15,948,020, and personal income tax of VND 22,493,333. The late payment interest includes VAT of VND 734,363,070 and corporate income tax of VND 987,856,336, calculated up to September 23, 2025.
