PVOIL Phu Yen seeks shareholder approval for business expansion and address change

PetroVietnam Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock Company (PVOIL Phu Yen) is proposing to its shareholders the addition of new business lines, specifically in the refining of petroleum products (gasoline blending) under industry code 1920, and other manufacturing activities (also gasoline blending) under industry code 3290. This expansion aims to broaden the company's production and business operations.

In addition to business line expansion, PVOIL Phu Yen plans to update its registered office address to reflect new administrative boundaries following a merger. The current address at 157-159 Hung Vuong, Ward 5, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province, will be updated to 157-159 Hung Vuong, Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province. These changes will also necessitate revisions to Clauses 1 and 3 of the company's charter, concerning business lines and registered office address, respectively.

Shareholders are invited to vote on these proposals via written ballot by October 18, 2025. The company's board of directors, led by chairman Nguyen Mau Dung, has issued this consultation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and to facilitate PVOIL Phu Yen’s continued growth.
