Nam Mu Hydropower board approves significant turbine maintenance contract

Nam Mu Hydropower Joint Stock Company (HJS) announced the approval of a significant contract between the company and its related party, Song Da 905 Branch – Song Da 9 Joint Stock Company. The contract, valued at VND 294,757,920 (including 8% VAT), covers the complete disassembly for overhaul and repair of the H1 turbine at the PaKe Hydropower Plant in Si Ma Cai commune, Lao Cai province.

The work is scheduled for completion within 15 days from the handover of all equipment by Nam Mu Hydropower. Payment terms stipulate that 100% of the contract value will be paid within 20 days after both parties complete the overall acceptance and all payment documents from Song Da 905 Branch are received. The warranty period for the work performed is six months from the date of the acceptance certificate, while replaced equipment will carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

This resolution, dated October 8, 2025, follows a proposal from the general director of Nam Mu Hydropower. Tran The Quang, chairman of the board of directors, signed the resolution.
