MB Securities corrects share issuance figures for capital increase

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) announced a correction to its share issuance results, updating the total number of distributed shares. The revised Report No. 209/MBS-BC, dated October 9, 2025, replaces the previous Report No. 205/MBS-BC from October 8, 2025. The adjustment primarily concerns the figure for shares distributed in Section III.1 of the report.

Initially, Report No. 205/MBS-BC stated 17,184,389 shares were distributed. The corrected Report No. 209/MBS-BC now shows 17,179,853 shares distributed. This issuance aims to increase charter capital from the owner's equity, based on the audited financial statements of 2024, with a 100:03 rights execution ratio. The share distribution, completed on September 25, 2025, involved 17,179,853 shares for 38,935 shareholders, while 4,536 fractional shares were cancelled.

Following the issuance, the total outstanding shares as of September 25, 2025, reached 589,992,834, with 589,962,793 shares in circulation and 30,041 treasury shares.
