Hatay Pharmaceutical sets date for share issuance from equity

Hatay Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DHT) announced October 27, 2025, as the final registration date for shareholders to exercise their right to receive additional shares issued from owner's equity. This issuance aims to increase the company’s charter capital.

The stock carries a par value of VND10,000 per share. The issuance ratio is 10%, meaning shareholders will receive 01 new share for every 10 shares held as of the record date. Fractional shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole unit and any remaining fractional parts will be cancelled.

This announcement follows resolutions from the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 17, 2025, and the board of directors on September 24, 2025, outlining the plan to issue shares to increase capital from owner's equity. The State Securities Commission of Vietnam also acknowledged the report on this share issuance on October 6, 2025.
