Ha Lam Coal sets date for extraordinary general meeting

Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company (VINACOMIN-HALAM COAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY) has set October 23, 2025, as the final registration date for shareholders to attend the 2025 extraordinary general meeting (second time). The meeting, scheduled for November 24, 2025, will take place at the company's headquarters at No. 1 Tan Lap Street, Ha Lam Ward, Quang Ninh Province.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on various matters, including the election and dismissal of members of the company's board of directors, and other issues within the authority of the general meeting of shareholders. Shareholders will have one voting right per share held, with a 1:1 ratio.

The company's stock, listed on the HNX, is a common share with a par value of VND 10,000 per share.
