Chairman Tran Quang Tien increases stake in Hai Minh Corporation

Tran Quang Tien, chairman of the board of directors at Hai Minh Corporation, has acquired 69,582 shares through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This transaction, valued at 695,820,000 VND, took place on September 30, 2025, through a direct purchase from the issuer.

Prior to this acquisition, Mr. Tien held 1,388,505 shares, representing 10.52% of the company's outstanding voting shares. Following the completion of this transaction, his total holdings increased to 1,458,087 shares, which now constitutes 11.05% of the company's voting shares.
