Ben Thanh Water Supply elects new board member

Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the results of its Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on October 10, 2025. The meeting approved the dismissal of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Chau from the board of directors for the 2022-2027 term.

Concurrently, Mr. Ly Buu Nghia was elected as a new member of the board of directors for the remainder of the 2022-2027 term. Mr. Nghia, representing Saigon Water Supply Corporation – Limited Liability Company, secured 8,842,939 votes, equivalent to 94.48% of the total voting shares. The resolutions took effect on the date of approval.

A total of 91 valid ballots were cast, representing 8,842,939 shares with voting rights, constituting 94.48% of the company's total voting shares. The results were confirmed through a vote counting report, ensuring transparency and adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
