PetroVietnam technical services to hold EGM on capital increase

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The meeting will be held online, with shareholders participating and voting electronically (e-voting), while the steering committee will be located at the company's headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City.

The primary agenda for the EGM is a proposal to increase the company's charter capital through a share issuance for the 2024 dividend payment. The meeting will also address other matters falling under the authority of the general meeting of shareholders. All shareholders owning shares as of the record date, September 30, 2025, as provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), are eligible to attend.

Shareholders can access the online meeting and cast their votes via the company's website, https://dhcd.ptsc.com.vn, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
