PetroVietnam Packaging announces 2024 cash dividend and 2025 financial projections

PetroVietnam Packaging Joint Stock Company (PBP) has announced a cash dividend payment for 2024 at a rate of 8.5% per share, equivalent to VND 850 per share. The final registration date for receiving the dividend is October 27, 2025, with payment scheduled for November 6, 2025.

The total cash dividend payout for 2024 amounts to VND 4,079,588,600. This is part of the approved profit distribution plan for 2024, which also includes allocations to various funds such as a 27% contribution to the development investment fund (VND 2,197,636,412), a 12.5% contribution to the reward fund (VND 1,017,424,265), and a 7.5% contribution to the welfare fund (VND 610,454,559).

For 2025, the company projects total revenue of VND 307.29 bn, with packaging contributing VND 243.40 bn and fertilizer VND 63.00 bn. The planned profit before tax is VND 9.35 bn, and profit after tax is VND 7.48 bn. The cash dividend distribution for 2025 is also planned at 8.50%.
