MB Securities completes share issuance, boosts capital to VND 5.9 trillion

MB Securities (MBS) announced the successful completion of its 2025 share issuance, raising charter capital from VND 5,728,129,810,000 to VND 5,899,928,340,000. The issuance utilized owner's equity, with 17,179,853 shares distributed to 38,935 shareholders at a ratio of 100:3. A total of 4,536 fractional shares were cancelled.

The capital increase was approved by the board of directors via Resolution No. 90/NQ-MBS-HĐQT on October 8, 2025, following shareholder approval at the annual general meeting in April 2025. The issuance concluded on September 25, 2025, bringing total outstanding shares to 589,992,834.

The company will proceed with necessary regulatory filings, including updating its business registration certificate and adjusting its operating license to reflect the new charter capital.
