NRC Corporation schedules extraordinary shareholder meeting in Ho Chi Minh City

NRC Corporation Joint Stock Company has announced an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) to be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at 1589, 3/2 Street, Minh Phung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. All shareholders listed on the record date of September 24, 2025, as provided by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), are eligible to attend.

To participate, shareholders must complete and submit the "Shareholder's Information cum Authorisation Form" to quanhecodong@nrc.com.vn by 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2025. Those attending must bring the completed form and valid identification. Shareholders unable to attend in person may authorize an individual or organization to represent them.
