HHH SG and Hung Hau Development disclose major shareholder status in Educational Book

HHH SG Company Limited has become a major shareholder in Educational Book JSC, with an ownership percentage of 10.0% of the shares, totaling 404,300 shares. This transaction took place on September 26, 2025. Post-transaction, HHH SG Company Limited and its affiliated persons collectively hold 906,849 shares, representing 22.43% of the company.

In a related disclosure, Hung Hau Development JSC also reported changes in its major shareholder status in Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City, holding 8.0% of the shares, amounting to 323,440 shares as of September 26, 2025. After the transaction, Hung Hau Development JSC and its affiliated persons hold 906,849 shares, or 22.43% of the company. Affiliated persons of Hung Hau Development JSC include Tran Van Hau, who holds 166,980 shares (4.13%), and HHDS Company Limited, which holds 404,300 shares (10%).

The transactions were executed at Viet Nam Commercial Joint Stock Bank for Foreign Trade Securities (VCBS).
