VNECO3 schedules shareholder consultation on private share issuance

VNECO3 Electricity Construction JSC (HNX:VE3) will hold its first written shareholder consultation for 2025, with the record date set for October 16, 2025. This consultation aims to finalize the list of shareholders eligible to provide written opinions on key company decisions.

The consultation, expected in the fourth quarter of 2025, will follow a one-share, one-voting-right ratio for common shares. Shareholders will discuss and approve changes to the company's private share issuance plan, along with other matters falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders. The consultation will take place at the company's office located at Trung Do 3 Block, Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province.
