VINACOMIN - Machinery JSC to hold extraordinary shareholder meeting

VINACOMIN - Machinery Joint Stock Company (VINACOMIN - Machinery JSC) has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for Tuesday, November 25, 2025. This meeting, held at the company's headquarters at 486 Tran Phu Street, Quang Hanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province, aims to discuss and approve the dismissal and election of additional members to the board of directors, along with other matters under the General Meeting's authority. If the first meeting is unsuccessful, a second meeting will be convened one day later.

Preparations for the meeting are underway, with the Finance-Administration Department tasked with finalizing personnel proposals and submitting reports for TKV's input by October 15, 2025. The investor relations and corporate information disclosure officer, also acting as the company secretary, is responsible for preparing all necessary documents, including meeting invitations, ballot papers, and disclosures to shareholders and the Hanoi Stock Exchange by October 28, 2025.

The agenda and related documents, including the meeting regulations, program, minutes, and resolutions, will be published on the company's website 21 days before the meeting. The board of directors, management, and supervisory board members, along with representatives from the state capital and other shareholders listed by VSDC, are expected to attend.
