Song Da 505 appoints new internal audit head

Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company announced a change in personnel following Board Resolution No 77/QD-S55-HDQT. Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed as the person in charge of internal audit. This appointment became effective on October 1, 2025, and was published on the company's website on October 2, 2025.

Mr. Cuong's family members and their relationships were also disclosed. His father, Nguyen Dinh Sang, and mother, Nguyen Thi Hien, along with his wife, Do Thi Thanh Huyen, his father-in-law Do Thanh Trung, and mother-in-law Nguyen Thi Cuong, were listed. Additionally, his daughters, Nguyen Minh Anh and Nguyen Hong Quang, brother Nguyen Long Giang, and sister-in-law Do Thi To Uyen, were included in the list of related parties.

The decision mandates that the person in charge of internal audit will hold rights and obligations as stipulated in the company's internal audit regulations and relevant laws. Compensation and allowances for this role will be in accordance with company regulations. This decision is effective from the signing date, and all relevant parties are responsible for its implementation.
