SaiGon Hotel Corporation appoints new chief accountant, effective October 1, 2025

SaiGon Hotel Corporation (HNX:SGH) has announced a change in its key personnel, appointing Ms. Le Ngoc Thuy as the new chief accountant. This appointment is effective from October 1, 2025, for a three-year term. Ms. Thuy, born on September 30, 1979, resides at 558/15/14B Binh Quoi, Binh Quoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Her remuneration and benefits will be in accordance with the company's regulations.

The appointment follows the dismissal of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong from the chief accountant position, also effective October 1, 2025. Ms. Huong's dismissal is a result of a transfer and assignment decision by Saigontourist Holding Company - One Member Limited Liability Company. Ms. Huong is responsible for handing over all duties within the scope of the chief accountant role to Ms. Le Ngoc Thuy.

These personnel changes are based on Board Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-HĐQT dated September 30, 2025, and are consistent with the Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020, and the company's charter.
