HaLam Coal to hold extraordinary general meeting for personnel changes

HaLam Coal’s Board of Directors has approved a resolution to hold its second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The meeting will be held in person at the company's guesthouse in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. The final registration date for shareholders to attend is October 23, 2025.

The primary agenda items for the EGMS include restructuring the Board of Directors by dismissing and electing additional members for the mid-term.
