Hai Minh Corporation (HMH) announced a correction to the list of employees participating in its ESOP program, originally issued with Resolution No. 06/2025/NQ-HĐQT on August 18, 2025. The company stated that a clerical error occurred during the drafting of the original list, leading to an incorrect entry for one individual.

The correction specifically concerns Mr. Nguyen Van Luc, who was initially listed as a head of depot, Hai Minh Maritime Services Co., Ltd. with an allocation of 10,000 shares. The corrected entry now reflects his role as head of depot, Hai Minh Maritime Services Co., Ltd., with the same allocation of 10,000 shares. The company's notice, dated October 3, 2025, assures that all other information in the original resolution remains unchanged.

This correction aims to ensure accuracy and transparency in the ESOP program, which details the issuance of shares to eligible employees. Hai Minh Corporation reiterated its commitment to factual, accurate, and complete reporting to the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange, in compliance with disclosure regulations.
