Global Pacific Shipping to hold EGM on key strategic and governance matters

Global Pacific Shipping JSC has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on October 27, 2025, at 08:30 AM in Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting will cover significant proposals, including the approval to cease offering additional shares to existing shareholders and to approve a private placement of shares to professional investors.

Shareholders will also consider adjustments to the company's registered address, amendments to the company charter and internal governance regulations, and a temporary suspension of dividend payments by shares as per a resolution dated March 24, 2025.

Additionally, the EGM agenda includes the dismissal and election of new members to the board of directors and the supervisory board for the 2023-2028 term. Shareholders wishing to attend must register their authorization by 4:00 PM on October 20, 2025.
