Educational Book JSC sees mass resignations from board, supervisory board

Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City has announced multiple resignations from its leadership team, effective September 25, 2025. Ngo Trong Vinh, chairman of the board of directors, elected on March 28, 2024, has resigned due to personal reasons. Two other board of directors members, Vuong Thi Thanh Huyen and Lam Quynh Huong, also elected on March 28, 2024, for the 2024-2028 term, have similarly stepped down. Nguyen Trong Ha, another board member, has also submitted his resignation.

In addition to the board of directors, the supervisory board has seen resignations. Ngo Thi Thanh Huyen, head of the supervisory board, elected on March 28, 2024, for the 2024-2028 term, has resigned. Nguyen Thi Anh Hong and Nguyen Thi Mai, both members of the supervisory board elected for five-year terms on March 28, 2024, have also submitted their resignations, citing personal and work-related reasons. The company will seek approval for these resignations at the nearest general meeting of shareholders.
