Transimex Logistics adjusts Binh Chieu investment project

Transimex Logistics Corporation officially published an extraordinary information disclosure on October 1, 2025, regarding a significant adjustment to its investment project in the Binh Chieu Industrial Park. This decision, formalized under Resolution No. 19/2025/NQ.HĐQT-TOT, was made by the board of directors on the same date.

The resolution, signed by board secretary Huynh Van Toan, follows a series of internal approvals, including Resolution No. 20/NQ.HĐQT-TMS LOGS dated November 17, 2023, and Resolution No. 02/2024/NQ.ĐHĐCĐ-TMS LOGS from the general meeting of shareholders on April 10, 2024. The board’s decision was also supported by a written ballot of its members, detailed in minutes No. 16/2025/BB.HĐQT-TOT, also dated October 1, 2025.

The new resolution, which took immediate effect upon signing, mandates that all members of the board of directors, the management board, relevant departments, and individuals within the company are responsible for its implementation.
