Petroleum Mechanical announces leadership change: Dinh Viet Hoang steps down

Effective October 1, 2025, Dinh Viet Hoang will no longer serve as the head of the representative team of Petrolimex Construction and Commercial Joint Stock Corporation at Petroleum Mechanical Stock Company (PMS), nor will he hold the position of chairman of the board of directors at PMS. This decision was communicated to PMS’s board of directors and the representative team by Petrolimex Construction and Commercial Joint Stock Corporation via Official Letter No. 155/PGCC-HĐTV dated October 1, 2025.

The announcement outlines that PMS's representative team is tasked with coordinating with the company's board of directors to implement the necessary changes in the chairman position as soon as possible, with the specific replacement to be announced by the General Corporation later. This move aligns with the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 and the regulations set forth in the Charter of Petrolimex Construction and Commercial Joint Stock Corporation.

The disclosure, made public on the electronic information portal of the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange, was signed by Ho Tri Luong, the individual responsible for information disclosure at PMS.
