Sametel announces capital increase, new head office address

Sametel Corporation, on September 30, 2025, announced amendments to its business registration certificate, initially issued on September 25, 2025, by the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Finance. The key changes include an increase in charter capital and a relocation of its head office.

The company's charter capital has been raised by VND 10,933,070,000, bringing the new total to VND 65,607,390,000. This capital increase was achieved through the issuance of shares to existing shareholders. Consequently, the total number of shares increased to 6,560,739, with a par value of VND 10,000 per share.

The head office's address has been updated to Industrial Zone Long Thanh, Road No. 1, An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. The previous address was Industrial Zone Long Thanh, Road No. 1, Tam An Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. Additionally, the legal representative's contact address has changed to 31 Road 18, Thong Tay Hoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. These changes are effective as of September 25, 2025.
