Related person to acquire shares in Song Da No. 11

Ms. Dang Thi Bac, whose husband, Bui Quang Chung, serves as head of the supervisory board for Song Da No. 11 JSC, has announced her intention to purchase 10,000 shares of SJE. This transaction involves the exercise of purchase rights for existing shares.

The total exercise value for this purchase is stated as VND 130,000,000. Ms. Bac will acquire these shares by depositing funds for the newly issued shares, following the resolution from the board of directors of Song Da No. 11 JSC. The expected transaction date is set for October 3, 2025.

Ms. Bac currently holds no shares in Song Da No. 11 JSC prior to this transaction. After exercising her purchase rights, she is expected to hold 10,000 shares, representing 100% of the rights available to her. This move aligns with the company's broader plan to offer shares to existing shareholders and manage any remaining unpurchased shares.
