PVChem sets record date for extraordinary general meeting

Petrovietnam Chemical and Services Corporation (PVChem) has set October 22, 2025, as the record date for shareholders to attend its 2025 extraordinary general meeting. This decision was formally announced in a notice dated September 29, 2025. Each common share, with a par value of VND 10,000, grants one voting right for the meeting.

The meeting is tentatively scheduled for November 2025 in Hanoi, with the exact date and location to be confirmed in the invitation. The agenda includes proposed amendments to PVChem’s business lines and an update to the company's registered headquarters address, along with other revisions to its organizational and operational charter.
