Petrolimex Installation No.III appoints new deputy director and Nha Be branch director

On October 1, 2025, Petrolimex Installation No.III Joint Stock Company (HNX:PEN) officially announced the appointment of Vo Van Huy as deputy director of the company and director of its branch in Nha Be. This decision was formalized by Resolution No. 45/XL3-HĐQT-NQ, issued by the board of directors on the same date, and is effective immediately. Huy previously served as the director of the Petrolimex Installation No.III branch in Nha Be.

The appointment is part of the company's ongoing management restructuring and will be valid for the remaining term of 2022-2026. The board of directors, board of supervisors, board of executive directors, and Vo Van Huy are collectively responsible for implementing this resolution in accordance with legal regulations and the company's charter.
