Lam Dong Investment Hydraulic Construction fined for tax violations

Lam Dong Investment Hydraulic Construction JSC (LHC) announced it received a decision on September 29, 2025, from the Lam Dong provincial tax authority, imposing an administrative penalty for tax violations totaling VND 234,934,218. The penalty includes VND 109,699,911 for corporate income tax and VND 56,933,102 for value-added tax.

The company was also fined VND 39,826,603 for administrative violations and faces late payment penalties of VND 16,407,584 for corporate income tax and VND 12,067,018 for value-added tax. The violations stem from inaccurate declarations of value-added tax and corporate income tax, as well as errors in declaring revenue in value-added tax returns.

LHC has 10 days from receipt of the decision to pay the fine into the provincial tax authority's account or face enforcement actions. The company reserves the right to appeal or initiate administrative lawsuits against this decision.
