Sunshine Group completes share issuance for Sunshine Homes tender

On September 29, 2025, Sunshine Group JSC confirmed receipt of an official dispatch from the State Securities Commission regarding the successful outcome of its share issuance. The issuance was conducted as a public tender offer for shares of Sunshine Homes Development Joint Stock Company.

A total of 599,787,308 KSF shares were distributed, facilitating the exchange of 374,867,070 SSH shares. The State Securities Commission has instructed Sunshine Group to coordinate with the Hanoi Stock Exchange and the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to finalize listing and registration procedures for the additional shares.
