Viet Tri Chemicals Joint Stock Company (HVT) announced it received a decision from the Department of Chemicals, Ministry of Industry and Trade, regarding an administrative violation. The company was cited for failing to fully meet requirements in managing its chemical production and business activities, specifically for exceeding production capacity.

The administrative penalty imposed on Viet Tri Chemicals includes a fine and a recovery amount totaling 753,692,565 VND. In response, the company has committed to complying with the decision by temporarily suspending part of its production and business operations for periodic maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment, ahead of schedule. Other core production and business activities are expected to continue normally.
