Saigon - Hanoi Securities insiders fully exercise stock purchase rights

Three insiders at Saigon - Hanoi Securities JSC—Tran Thi Van, Pham Thi Thanh Hao, and Le Dang Khoa—have fully exercised their rights to purchase company shares under the Employee Stock Option Program.

Tran Thi Van, deputy head of legal & risk management department, purchased 26,630 shares for a total value of VND 266,300,000. Pham Thi Thanh Hao, chief accountant, acquired 51,480 shares valued at VND 514,800,000. Le Dang Khoa, a BOD member and member of BOD's audit committee, purchased 70,000 shares for VND 700,000,000.

All three individuals executed their purchases by depositing funds on September 22, 2025, and reported a 100% execution rate of their purchase rights, indicating no unfulfilled registered amounts.
