Educational Book JSC to hold EGM on corporate governance changes

Educational Book Joint Stock Company (SGD) will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 30, 2025, to approve several key corporate governance matters. Shareholders will vote on the dismissal and appointment of new members to the board of directors and the supervisory board for the 2024-2028 term, effective October 30, 2025. This includes the removal of Mr. Ngo Trong Vinh as chairman and board member, along with three other board members and three supervisory board members.

The EGM will also address a proposal to increase the number of board members from five to six and a change in the legal representative's title from chairman of the board to general director. Additionally, shareholders will consider amendments and additions to the company's charter. These changes reflect an organizational and operational restructuring aimed at aligning with the company's new development direction. All related documents for the meeting will be available on the company's website from October 4, 2025.
