Viglacera Tien Son reschedules EGM, sets new record date

Viglacera Tien Son JSC has officially changed the record date for shareholders to attend its 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting. The new record date for exercising voting rights is October 15, 2025, a shift from the previously canceled date of September 3, 2025. This adjustment allows the company to finalize necessary documentation for the meeting.

Shareholders will maintain an execution ratio of 01:01, meaning one share grants one voting right. The Extraordinary General Meeting is now scheduled to take place between November 9, 2025, and November 30, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's premises in Tien Son Industrial Zone, Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province, to approve matters under the General Meeting's authority.

The company has canceled the previous list of shareholders eligible to attend, issued on September 5, 2025, by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC). This announcement was published on Viglacera Tien Son JSC's website on September 25, 2025.
