Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development to hold EGM after board resignations

Vietnam Enterprise Investment and Development JSC (FID) announced its second extraordinary general meeting for 2025, following the resignation of two board members. The meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, at VP24, 4th Floor, Stellar Garden, 35 Le Van Thiem, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. The agenda includes the dismissal and election of replacements for members of the Board of Directors, as well as a proposal to dispose of capital in a subsidiary. All shareholders on record as of August 27, 2025, are eligible to attend.

The company requires attendees to confirm their participation by 10:00 AM on October 16, 2025, via mail or direct submission to the organizing committee at the specified address.

The company is seeking to elect two new board members, with at least one independent member. Nominations for board candidates must be submitted by 10:00 AM on October 7, 2025. Candidates must meet eligibility criteria outlined in the Law on Enterprises and internal company regulations, including professional qualifications and limits on directorships in other companies.
