Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly announces leadership overhaul

Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock Company (DNC) has implemented several key personnel changes, as outlined in decisions by the board of directors dated September 25, 2025. Vu Thi Luong Dung, formerly director of business, has been appointed deputy general director for a two-year term, effective October 1, 2025. Similarly, Ngo Quyen, previously director of Thuy Nguyen Electricity Enterprise, will also serve as deputy general director for two years from the same date.

Further appointments include Le Duc Anh, who transitions from deputy head of business department to head of business department for a one-year term, effective October 1, 2025. Nguyen Hai Thanh, formerly deputy head of technical and safety department, has been appointed director of Thuy Nguyen Electricity Enterprise, also for a one-year term starting October 1, 2025. These changes reflect a strategic restructuring within the company’s leadership.

The new appointments come with defined responsibilities and remuneration. For instance, the new deputy general directors will receive a fixed salary coefficient of 4.5 and a social insurance contribution of 15,293,200 VND. The newly appointed department head and enterprise director will have a fixed salary coefficient of 2.5 and additional allowances, as per company regulations.
