Global Electrical Technologies secures AASC for 2025-2026 financial audits

Global Electrical Technologies Corporation (GLT) officially announced on September 25, 2025, the signing of an audit contract with AASC Auditing Firm Co., Ltd. This agreement covers the auditing of GLT's financial statements for the fiscal years 2025 and 2026.

Under the contract, AASC will perform reviews of the separate and consolidated financial statements for the first six months of the fiscal years ending March 31, 2026, and March 31, 2027. This includes issuing review reports for these periods. Additionally, AASC will conduct full audits of the separate and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2026, and March 31, 2027, and subsequently issue audit reports for these periods.

The engagement of AASC for the 2026 financial year is contingent upon approval by the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2026. This announcement, signed by Nguyen Huu Dung, general director, underscores GLT's commitment to timely and transparent financial reporting.
