Vinacomin - Viet Bac Mining to hold extraordinary general meeting

Vinacomin - Viet Bac Mining Industry Holding Corporation will convene its 2025 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on October 15, 2025, at 08:00 AM, at the company's 11th Floor Hall in Hanoi. The meeting will address proposed amendments and supplements to the Parent company's Charter, including expanding business lines to include the extraction and wholesale of soil, rock, stone, sand, gravel, and clay from waste dumps generated during mining activities.
