VICEM Hoang Mai Cement appoints internal audit lead

VICEM Hoang Mai Cement JSC has appointed Mr. Quach Sy Thao as the person in charge of internal audit, a concurrent role, effective from September 24, 2025. Mr. Thao, born on August 20, 1992, holds a bachelor's degree in finance and banking. The appointment was made by the board of directors via Decision No. 82/QĐ-XMHM-HĐQT, issued on September 24, 2025.

As part of this appointment, Mr. Thao will receive a concurrent remuneration of VND 2,000,000 per month. This compensation will be sourced from the company's production and business expenses. The decision was officially disclosed on the company's website on the same day.

The appointment follows several guiding documents, including the Law on Enterprises dated June 17, 2020, Decree No. 05/2019/NĐ-CP on internal audit, and Circular No. 08/2021/TT-BTC on Vietnamese internal audit standards. It also adheres to the company's charter approved on April 25, 2025, and various resolutions and decisions from the board of directors, including the latest proposal from the general director dated August 1, 2025.
