Tien Phong Plastic announces key finance leadership appointments

Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company has officially announced the appointment of Tran Ngoc Bao as deputy general director of finance, effective September 23, 2025. Bao previously held the same position. His reappointment is for a five-year term, concluding on September 23, 2030, as per Board Resolution No. 54/QĐ-HĐQT.

Additionally, Luu Thi Mai has been appointed as the chief accountant for a five-year term, also effective September 23, 2025, and concluding on September 23, 2030. This appointment is in accordance with Board Resolution No. 55/QĐ-HĐQT. Both appointments reflect the company's strategic management decisions based on the qualifications and capacity of the personnel.

These changes are effective from September 23, 2025, with both individuals entitled to salaries and other benefits under company regulations from September 2025.
