Sunshine Group subsidiary signs significant real estate partnership deals

Sunshine Group JSC (HNX:KSF) announced on September 23, 2025, that its board of directors approved a resolution authorizing its subsidiary, Dynamic Innovation Co., Ltd. (DIC), to sign business cooperation contracts with partners. This resolution follows a board meeting on September 22, 2025. DIC will partner with Domic Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. and Dat Viet Construction Business Co., Ltd.

The primary objective of these partnerships is to invest in, develop, and operate the B4 land lot within a high-rise residential, commercial, and office complex in Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The total capital for the cooperation is VND 3,100,000,000,000, with Domic contributing VND 2,900,000,000,000 and Dat Viet contributing VND 200,000,000,000. Profits will be shared proportionally to contributions. Tran Anh Quan has been authorized to oversee the implementation of these agreements.
