Hoa Cam Concrete names new corporate governance head, company secretary

Hoa Cam Concrete Joint Stock Company (HCC) has appointed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hien as the new person in charge of corporate governance cum company secretary. The decision, issued by the board of directors on September 24, 2025, follows a meeting held on September 23, 2025. Mr. Hien, who previously served as the head of the company's organization and administration department, will assume his new responsibilities starting September 24, 2025.

The appointment aligns with the Law on Enterprise and the company's Charter on Organization and Operation. Mr. Hien, a bachelor of economics, is tasked with exercising the rights and performing the obligations stipulated by law and the company's Charter. This change in personnel aims to strengthen corporate governance and operational efficiency.

The board of directors, the general director, and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hien are responsible for the implementation of this decision. The announcement of Mr. Hien's appointment was also published on the company's website, www.betonghoacam.com.vn, on September 24, 2025.
