Vicem Packaging Bim Son reappoints general director for new term

Vicem Packaging Bim Son Joint Stock Company (Vicem Packaging Bim Son) announced the re-appointment of Trinh Van Dien as general director, effective October 1, 2025. This decision was formalized through a resolution by the board of directors, numbered 868/NQ-BBBS, and an accompanying decision, numbered 869/QĐ-BBBS, both dated September 23, 2025. Trinh Van Dien's new term will extend for five years, maintaining his current leadership role within the company.

The re-appointment follows a series of internal approvals, including a board of directors resolution on September 23, 2025, concerning the re-appointment of the general director. The decision was made in accordance with the 2020 Enterprise Law, the company's charter, and the management regulations issued under Decision No. 540/QĐ-BBBS dated June 21, 2024. Furthermore, the board of directors considered a proposal from the general director and a resolution from the Party Committee to affirm the decision.

The re-appointment ensures stability in the company's leadership and strategic direction. Trinh Van Dien's remuneration, including social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and job title salary, will be maintained at his current level. The board of directors, management board, and relevant units, along with Trinh Van Dien, are responsible for implementing this decision.
