PetroVietnam Oil Phu Yen to seek shareholder vote on business changes

The board of directors of PetroVietnam Oil Phu Yen Joint Stock Company (PPY) has issued Resolution No. 18/2025/NQ-HĐQT to submit a proposal to shareholders for approving amendments to the company's business lines, updating administrative geographic information, and revising its charter. This decision follows a proposal from the director and a ballot count from the board meeting on September 22, 2025.

Shareholders will vote on these matters via written ballot. The deadline for registering to be included in the shareholder list is October 6, 2025. Ballots will be dispatched to shareholders on October 8, 2025, and the final deadline for returning completed ballots is October 18, 2025.

The resolution is signed by Nguyen Mau Dung, chairman of the board of directors.
