Trang Corporation announces 2024 cash dividend payment

Trang Corporation Joint Stock Company (TFC) has released a notice regarding the payment of 2024 cash dividends to its shareholders. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set for October 1, 2025.

Shareholders will receive a dividend of 2,000 Vietnamese Dong per share, representing a 20% payout based on the nominal value of 10,000 Vietnamese Dong per share. The payment date for these dividends is scheduled for October 24, 2025.

For shareholders whose securities are deposited, dividend payments will be processed through their respective depository members. Non-deposited shareholders can claim their dividends at the Finance - Accounting Department of Trang Corporation Joint Stock Company, located at Lot A14b, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, starting October 24, 2025, during business hours, by presenting their citizen identification or equivalent document.
