Son La Sugar reports strong fiscal year, proposes dividend

Son La Sugar Joint Stock Company (HNX:SLS) reported a robust performance for the fiscal year 2024-2025, with total net revenue reaching VND 1,160,883 million, surpassing its plan by 5.82%. Profit after corporate income tax stood at VND 374,209 million, achieving an outstanding 249.47% of the annual plan. The company attributes this success to flexible raw material purchasing, appropriate product pricing, and cost-reduction measures despite challenges.

For the upcoming fiscal year 2025-2026, the company projects a total net revenue of VND 892,756 million and a profit after corporate income tax of VND 109,590 million. Shareholders will vote on a proposed cash dividend of 100% of charter capital for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for September 23, 2025, will also address the re-election of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors members for the 2023-2028 term and approve related party transactions. Son La Sugar emphasizes its commitment to sustainable development, employee welfare, and environmental protection.
