LVA Trading and Services leases property from related party Ocean Capital

LVA Trading and Services JSC announced on September 19, 2025, that its board of directors approved a house lease agreement with Ocean Capital Co., Ltd. Ocean Capital is an affiliated company of Truong Thanh Minh, a member of LVA's board of directors, making this a related-party transaction.

The lease agreement is for a property at No. 45, Nguyen Khang Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi, and will serve as an office. The lease term is scheduled from September 22, 2025, to July 31, 2028. The monthly rent is VND 33,000,000.

The total value of the contract over the lease period is VND 1,089,900,000. The board of directors' resolution authorizes the general director to implement the agreement in compliance with legal regulations, effective from the signing date.
