Da Nang educational book seeks vote on office project, operational changes

Educational Book JSC in Da Nang City is conducting a written shareholder ballot in 2025 to approve two significant resolutions. The first resolution seeks approval for the "Regulation on shareholder consultation by written ballot in 2025." The second, and arguably more impactful, resolution proposes discontinuing the construction project at 78 Pasteur, Da Nang City, opting instead to renovate and convert the existing facility for office use. This move suggests a strategic shift in property utilization for Da Nang Educational Book.

Shareholders eligible to participate are those listed as of the record date, September 25, 2025. They can submit their votes by mail or electronically (via Zalo or email) by 5:00 PM on October 15, 2025. The board of directors will appoint a vote counting committee of at least three members to oversee the ballot tabulation, with the head of the committee being a board member.

A resolution will be considered passed if approved by shareholders holding over 50% of the total voting shares of all shareholders with voting rights. The voting process will be overseen by the supervisory board to ensure fairness and accuracy. The results and resolutions will be published on the company's website and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
