Sa Giang to pay 2024 cash dividend

Sa Giang Import Export Corporation (SGC) announced a 10% cash dividend payment for 2024, meaning shareholders will receive VND 1,000 per share. The total dividend payout will be VND 7,147,580,000.

The last registration date for shareholders to be eligible for the dividend is October 1, 2025. The payment date is set for October 8, 2025. Shareholders with deposited securities can claim their dividends at their respective depository members.

Shareholders with un-deposited securities must complete procedures at Sa Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company’s headquarters in Sa Dec Ward, Dong Thap Province, starting October 8, 2025, during weekdays, by presenting their citizen identification card.
