Quang Nam Construction to pay 6% cash dividend for 2024

Quang Nam Transportation Construction JSC (QTC) announced a 6% cash dividend for 2024, translating to VND 600 per share, with the record date set for September 30, 2025, and payment scheduled for October 31, 2025. This decision follows the approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2025.

Shareholders holding certificated shares will collect dividends at the company's office from October 31, 2025, by presenting their ID cards. Those with dematerialized shares will receive payments via their depositing members. The distribution totals VND 1,620,000,000 from the company's 2024 after-tax profit of VND 2,248,925,972.
